Loveddd the location! It was about 5-6 minutes from so many attractions and a market. The host were very responsive and proactive. Lots of towels, clean pool, and the stocked kitchen were a plus. I would 100% stay again.

Pictures don't do the place justice. Beautiful location, very close to loads of night life and activities. The property is as presented, spacious and clutter free. Great for hosting small groups, with amenities inside and outside to make your stay enjoyable.

Un logement impeccable et très bien équipé. À notre arrivé c’était frais dans cette fournaise qu’est Saint Martin 🤣🤣. La cuisine très bien équipé les lits confortables. Un endroit calme et paisible. The place was really nice and check in/check out was really easy! You could tell that it was a little old, but had some good remodeling done! The AC in the rooms worked really well as long as you had all the doors closed! The beds were BEYOND COMFORTABLE! It was located about 7 mins, driving, from lots of clubs and restaurants so the location was perfect & it was in a gated, safe & quiet community! The house had everything we needed and next time I visit St. Maarten, I will be looking to stay here again!

Cove Casa was one of the best places I stayed. It is bright, clean and gorgeous. We felt immediately at home. The linens, the beds and furniture were so comfortable that one slept peacefully. Loved that there was ac in the living room as well as the bedrooms. Although the two powerful fans downstairs were more than enough. The pool was such a good temperature. We really enjoyed it. Cove Casa had everything one could need. There is an access to the beach as well from this private community. Sadly we did not experience it. I genuinely wished we could have stayed there longer. I think I found my favorite villa in SXM. Definitely will be returning.
