Truly must say that I loved this stay. The private beach was quite possibly the best airbnb I have ever had. Going during low season meant the complex was pretty empty so we had the beach to ourselves several times throughout the stay. Also got to experience 2/3 pools one of which was a saltwater pool and the other fresh and both were amazing because of how deep they are.
The unit was also just as pictured with an absolutely amazing view from the balcony.
Mullet Bay is literally the best beach on the island and is within 5 minutes driving or 10 mins walking .
Only thing I would say to note is the complex could use a bit of love but the units put togetherness and the beaches well make up for it.
Long story short, you won’t regret a stay here.

I travel to Sint Maarten a few times a year and this location was by far the best. The private beach is perfect. It’s by everything you need on the strip traveling to the air bnb and just a few minutes from the airport. The food was great and the night life was amazing. We will book again soon!

Me and my boyfriend both agree that this was one of the best Airbnbs that we have stayed at. The place was spotless, decorated beautifully, had 2 huge bedrooms a nice distance away from each other and a small private beach with a cave. Host was very accommodating with check in and allowed us to check in an hour early and stay an hour later. Amazing Airbnb

I enjoyed a 5-day stay at Sunset Cove. The security guards that met me upon arrival were serious about building security so I felt safe as a solo traveler yet they were very welcoming and kind. I had a rocky start with my check-in, but was able to enter the unit a little over an hour following. I believe this was an anamoly. The place is beautiful and is well represented by the photos. The pool was drained during my stay, but the balcony overlooks the pool and the ocean. The ocean view was beautiful. The space is very well accommodated for leisure, teleworking, and/or a longer stay. The host team was intentional about making sure that guests felt well cared for in the unit. I slept well and made delicious breakfasts in the fully stocked kitchen and went out for dinner at the surrounding restaurants in the evening. There is a grocery store across the street and garage parking was perfect for my rental car. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would book again in an instant.

This condo was well worth what we paid! It looks exactly like the pictures and the bedroom and bathroom spaces were very private. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and the private beach access offered was breathtaking. Unfortunately for us only 1 of the 3 pools was available but that didn’t hinder our experience. Felt very secure as a gated condo. 10/10, would absolutely stay here again!

Great Place to stay! I would just have the condo fix the outside light when leaving the bnb as the lights are out and needs to be changed. Other than that the views were immaculate everything was cleaned and prepped definitely will be saying here again!!! Thank you for hosting!

This place is absolutely a must!!! Pictures don't do the justice! Balcony overlooking at the ocean and the one pool. I enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony every morning. Very well maintained landscaping. All the security stuff was extrelmly friendly.
The appartment itself is very, very spacious. Extremely clean and modern, boho style details. Fully equiped kitchen, plenty of cups, dishes, everything that you need. There are 3 TVs, one in each room. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, shampoo, shower gel, after sun lotion...There are two beach chairs provided, pool noodles, cooler for the beach...
The beach right underneed the resort is super small, a little rocky, but only 5 min walking you will find the best beach in St Martin- Mullet beach!
There are plenty of restaurants and food places within 5 min walk.
I highly recommend this appartment! After we left we came to another Airbnb on the other side of the island and my family is very disappointed.
